FAQs

We deliver to the DFW metroplex and surrounding cities.
We charge $2 for every mile over our 25-mile radius from our location. For example, if you live in Denton (which is 35 miles from us), the additional charge would be $20 for being 10 miles outside of our radius.

Whether you're a homeowner or commercial businessperson, dumpsters can be used for junk removal, remodeling, cleanouts, construction/demo, roofing, landscape projects, yard waste removal, tree takedowns, or even purging after a bad break-up (no judgement here).

We can also deliver the container with rock, mulch, or soil for landscaping projects for a small fee.

You can load up to 6 tons (or 12,000 pounds) into our containers. Additional fees apply if you go over 2 tons.

Please do not overfill the dumpster!

Nothing should be sticking up past the sides or it will be taken out. Strict laws require us to cover the dumpster during transit to the landfill.

We can deliver on the same day in most cases. But, always call/text/email us to confirm availability for the date(s) & dumpster size needed for your project.

The landfill charges us based on weight and content. So, quotes are based on a combination of things including landfill fees, fuel costs, dumpster size, number of days needed, and distance. If your junk is more than 2 tons, you will be charged an additional fee of $75 per ton. Discarded tires are an additional $40 each if found in the dumpster.

We accept all major credit cards or payment via the Venmo app. Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Our automated system makes it easy to approve your quote to secure your reservation and put a credit card on file through our secure portal.

Or you can call or text us at (817) 647-2222, and a badass human can take your info and do all the things for you (also securely).

Negative, Ghost Rider.  If you paid online and gave us a location to set the dumpster, there is no need for you to be present for neither drop-off nor for pick up.

We usually suggest putting the dumpster on your property in your driveway, or an area closest to your "working area".

Putting a dumpster container on your driveway or any other part of your private property of course does not require a permit.

Although, a dumpster permit is normally required when placing your roll-off container directly on the sidewalk, street, or on any public property.

This permit is also referred to as the right-of-way permit issued by the city’s work or building department. Depending on the city you are in, the process of filling out forms to apply for a permit may be done online, in person, or over the phone, and processing times for permits can vary from city to city.

Don't you worry! We can set the container on boards to protect the ground surface from damage.
